2. How to choose the correct caster bracket: Usually, when choosing

can carry 50-150kg), and it is suitable to choose the

3. How to calculate the bearing weight of casters: In order to be
able to calculate the load capacity required

transport equipment, the maximum load and

capacity of a single wheel or caster is
calculated as follows: T=(E+Z)/MxN: T= required load capacity of a
single wheel or caster; E= self-weight

N = safety factor (about 1.3-1.5).
4. Select the diameter of the caster: Usually, the larger the
diameter of the wheel, the easier it is to push,
the greater the load capacity, and the better the protection of the
ground from damage. The selection of the
wheel diameter should first consider the load and the starting of

5. Ensure the rotation flexibility of the wheel: the larger the
single wheel, the more labor-saving it is to rotate,
the needle roller bearing can carry heavier loads, and the
resistance is larger during rotation; the single wheel

6. Temperature condition of the product: Severe cold and high
temperature have a great impact on the
caster, such as the polyurethane wheel at a low temperature of
minus 45 °C, it can rotate flexibly and
freely, and the high temperature resistant wheel can rotate easily
at a high temperature of 270 °C.
