1. Temperature condition of the product:
Cold and high-temperature occasions have a great impact on casters.
Conventional casters are
applied at - 100c-600c, and high-temperature resistant casters can
rotate easily at high temperature
of 270 ℃. Casters applied in this special environment must be
customized during procurement.
2. Correct the wheel rotation flexibility:
The larger the single wheel is, the more labor-saving the rotation
is. The needle roller bearing can
carry heavier load and has greater resistance during rotation; The
single wheel is equipped with
high-quality ball bearing, which can carry heavy load, and the
rotation is more light, flexible and quiet.
3 how to calculate the bearing weight of casters:
In order to calculate the required load capacity of various
castors, it is necessary to know the self weight
of transportation equipment, the maximum load and the number of
single wheels and castors used. The
required load capacity of a single wheel or caster is calculated as
follows: T = (E + Z) / mxn: T = the
required load capacity of a single wheel or caster; E = self weight
of transport equipment; Z = maximum
load; M = number of single wheels and casters used; N = safety
factor (about 1.3-1.5).
Select the diameter and size of casters:
Generally, the larger the wheel diameter, the easier it is to push,
the greater the load capacity, and the
better it can protect the ground from damage. The selection of
wheel diameter should first consider the
weight and starting thrust of the carrier under load.
4 how to correctly select the caster bracket:
Generally, the appropriate caster support is selected. First, the
weight of casters is considered, from
light (30kg ~ 200kg), medium heavy (200 ~ 2000kg), heavy (2t ~
11T), and then the corresponding
caster diameter is selected. Supermarkets, schools, hospitals,
office buildings, hotels and other places
can also be selected from the application of casters. Due to the
good ground, smooth and light handling
goods (each caster carries 50-150kg), it is suitable to select the
electroplating wheel frame stamped with
3-4mm thin steel plate. Its wheel frame is light, flexible
operation, quiet and beautiful. The electroplating
wheel frame is divided into double row beads and single row beads
according to the arrangement of
balls, If it is often moved or handled, double row beads shall be
applied; In factories, warehouses and
other places, if the goods are transported frequently and the load
is heavy (each caster carries
150-680kg), the wheel frame with double row balls stamped, hot
forged and welded with 5-6mm thick
steel plate is suitable; If it is used to carry heavy objects, such
as textile factories, automobile factories,
machinery factories and other places, due to the heavy load and
long walking distance (each caster
carries 700-2500kg), the wheel frame welded after cutting with
8-12mm thick steel plate shall be selected.
The movable wheel frame uses flat ball bearings and ball bearings
on the base plate, so that the casters
can bear heavy load, rotate flexibly and resist impact.
5. First, select the appropriate castor wheel material:
Generally, the wheels are made of PA6 nylon, MC cast nylon, rubber,
polyurethane, plastic, etc.
Polyurethane wheels can meet the requirements of your handling
without damaging the ground whether
driving on the indoor or outdoor ground; Elastic rubber wheels can
be used in hotels, medical devices,
wooden floors, ceramic tile floors and other places that require
low noise and quiet when walking; M
nylon wheel is suitable for sites with uneven ground or iron
filings on the ground.
