1, Operating procedures
1. Operators can only operate after passing the examination and
obtaining the operation certificate.
They should be familiar with the performance and structure of the
machine, and abide by the safety
and shift handover system.
2. Fill oil (grease) in strict accordance with the lubrication
diagram, and keep the oil quantity
appropriate and the oil circuit unblocked.
3. Check whether the equipment fasteners, especially the pin fixing
parts of the tilting bed, are loose,
whether the safety protection device is good, whether the mold is
cracked and whether it is firmly fixed.
4. Turn the flywheel by hand or move the crankshaft with a lever to
check the stroke of the punch and
the gap between the die to prevent "gnawing the die" or jacking the
equipment during driving.
5. Check whether the starting mechanism and brake are sensitive and
whether the slider can be
stopped immediately.
6. Before starting the motor of the flying caster press, the clutch
must be disengaged. Start the motor
and operate the slider after the flywheel speed is normal.
7. When installing the die, the slider must be placed at the lower
dead center to make the closing
height of the die less than the minimum closing height of the
flying caster press.
8. The processing shall be carried out in strict accordance with
the pressure determined by the
allowable pressure curve of the slider, and overload operation is
not allowed.
9. When working, always pay attention to whether the clutch and
brake mechanism are normal;
Whether all fasteners, especially connecting rod nuts and pin nuts
of tilting bed, are loose; Whether
the chess playing position changes. Stop the machine immediately if
problems are found.
10. It is forbidden to punch more than two sheets at the same time.
11. After punching once, hands or feet must leave the button or
pedal. When more than two people
operate, pay attention to coordination and cooperation, and use
double action switch if necessary
12. When using self checking infrared photoelectric controller
safety protection device, its reliability
shall be checked frequently.
13. In case of abnormal noise, continuous strike of sliding block
and bite of stamping parts on the die,
stop the machine immediately for inspection.
14. Workpieces, tools and sundries shall not be placed on the
workbench.
15. When adjusting the inclination angle of the flying caster
press, use the lifting machinery to ensure
safety, and fix the bed pin after adjustment.
16. After work, the equipment must be checked and cleaned, daily
maintenance work shall be done,
each joystick (switch) shall be placed in neutral (zero position),
and the power switch shall be
disconnected to achieve tidiness, cleanness, lubrication and
safety.
