Conductivity of wheel body:
As we all know, castors are made of insulating materials, such as plastic, which will be in a charged

state through certain friction, and when the charge is not released, the charge will be released at the

moment of grounding. For example, this happens when you first touch the door. This is generally

irritating and can have serious consequences elsewhere. However, tente casters with conductive i

mpedance < 10000 ohms can prevent this from happening.

Climatic conditions of wheel body
Year after year, sun, rain, snow and ice - will make the casters lose their best use, but this is not

absolute. Because of temperature change and humidity, each caster will rust in a short time and

These parts are mainly treated with zinc and chromium, which is of great significance for surface

made of stainless steel.

but it can be easily removed from the field with ordinary detergent. The severity of wear depends

on the quality of the rubber used to make the wheel.

Light caster surface conditions
Many business and family places are equipped with exquisite floors (such as wooden floors). Each

square millimeter of the site needs to bear a certain pressure. Therefore, when selecting casters,

special attention should be paid to the load and wheel surface.

Wheel movement noise
Hard ground uses soft wheels, and soft ground uses hard wheels. This simple rule of thumb applies

to the fit between the ground and the wheels. The hard wheel will transmit the impact force caused

by the uneven ground to the items it carries. Unpleasant travel noise will also be generated. Medium

casters with elastic wheel surfaces made of rubber or polyurethane can help solve this situation.
