1, Replace "fine" with "coarse"

equipment, a few more screws will be more
stable and can't be knocked off. However, the more nut rings are
stacked, disturbing the load
distribution between threads, it will be easier to loosen.
3, The tighter the screw, the better.
"The fasteners are said to be tightened. Of course, the tighter the
better." the screws are tightened
too tightly and directly rub away the teeth. The teeth are worn
away. How rough is the surface? Can
the friction force be tightened when the friction force becomes
smaller? Therefore, mechanical faults
will occur frequently.
4, The washer is too large to hinder
When there is a lack of suitable washer for maintenance, some
maintenance workers will replace it with
a washer with a larger inner diameter, which will greatly reduce
the contact area between the lower part
of the head and the washer, and what protective effect will it
play.
5, False firmness
Sometimes, some staff take rusty ones instead because of lack of
parts. The rusty iron is easy to be
damaged due to fatigue after a long time, resulting in thread
thinning and equipment falling apart on
the spot. Therefore, before using fasteners, especially those with
high requirements for safety and
stability, new screws must be used or impurities wrapped outside
the teeth must be removed before
use.
