How to maintain the single wheel of casters
Users should operate properly and do not overload. When the goods
are heavy, put them on the
vehicle with care. High speed driving on rough roads or heavy
objects hitting the wheels will cause

Industrial casters usually refer to a kind of caster products used
in mechanical equipment or factories.
Industrial casters can be single wheels made of reinforced nylon
(PA6), super polyurethane and
rubber. Industrial casters have high impact resistance and strength
as a whole.

twisted.
Overload or impact will distort the support. The distorted support
will tilt and press the heavy load on
individual wheels, resulting in premature wheel damage. The casters
of plug-in rod type shall be
tightened with nuts or riveted firmly, and ensure that the
equipment installation support is not bent
and the plug-in rod is installed correctly. When installing
castors, use locknuts or lock washers. The
expansion plug rod caster shall ensure that the plug rod is firmly
installed in the casing.
Lubrication: add lubricating oil regularly (usually every six
months) to ensure that the wheels and
movable bearings can be used for a long time. Apply grease to the
friction parts in the sealing ring,
axle and roller bearing to reduce friction and make rotation more
flexible. After cleaning the car,
lubricate the wheels.
Wheel: observe the wear of the wheel. Whether the wheel rotates
smoothly is usually related to
sundries such as rope. Adding anti winding cover can prevent the
winding of these sundries. After
checking and replacing the wheel, tighten the axle with a jam nut.
Loose axle can cause friction and
jamming between wheel width and support.
Casters: if the movable steering is too loose, replace it
immediately. If the caster center rivet is fixed
by a nut, the nut must be locked firmly. If the steering is not
flexible, check whether there is foreign
matter or corrosion at the ball. If a fixed caster is installed,
ensure that the caster support is not bent.
