How to prolong the service life of casters is the concern of many

product selection, as follows:
1. Casters shall be correctly and reliably installed at the
designed position.
2. The installed caster support must have sufficient strength and
reliable materials.
3. The rotating axle must always be vertical.
4. The fixed casters must be in line with their axles.
5. If only rotating casters are used, they must be consistent.
6. The function of casters shall not be changed and shall not be
affected by the installation device.
7. If fixed casters are used with rotating casters, all casters
must be compatible with each other and
must be recommended by the manufacturer. If casters are used in the
following areas: outdoor, coastal
areas, areas with strong corrosion and / or harsh service
conditions, special products must be specified.
Daily maintenance of casters: oil lubrication of axles and rotating
bearings; After installation, tighten

not contain corrosive and abrasive
components.
